To add or edit your contact information,
- Already registered? Select the link below for your location
- Not registered? Select the link below for your location &
register
- Keep your training available equipment & contact information up to date
- Use the
search feature to find
your information. Search for your call
- Click on 'Edit' to make any changes
- Use the
check boxes to show a
'Yes' status for that field
- The zip code field is only 5 numbers long
- Phone numbers include area code and are numbers only (10 digits). No
spaces
- Upload JPEG Picture or 'Mug Shot' not to exceed 20kb max image size
- Use the 'Save' button at the bottom
of the pages to save the
information.
- Use the 'Quick Jump' menu at the
top of the 'list' pages to navigate the pages
- By default, the latest entries or updates are at the top
- Sorting can be done by clicking on any
column title
- Date fields are approximation of when training was complete
